Commercial Manager / Sales Executive – PetFood

📍 Location: Nuenen, Netherlands
⏰ Hours: 40 per week

What You’ll Be Doing

As Commercial Manager at Esro Pet Food, you’ll play a key role in driving sales of pet food ingredients to producers across both domestic and international markets.
You’ll:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Collaborate with a motivated sales team to grow market share.
• Be responsible for all aspects of a sale, from order entry to invoicing. Work together with planning and logistics departments to ensure a high service level to our customer.
• Work with customers ranging from small privately held companies to large corporates, supporting their needs and delivering value

This is a hands-on role, where you’ll be involved in the entire process — from demand planning and pricing strategies to execution and on-time delivery. You’ll also collaborate with multiple departments — purchasing, production, quality, and logistics — to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction. As Esro Pet Food is a young and rapidly expanding venture, this is your chance to make a real impact and help shape the business as it scales significantly over the next five years.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a driven, customer-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment:

• 2–3 years of experience in the meat or (pet) food industry
• A team player who works well across departments and aligns with both company and customer interests
• A customer-centric relationship builder with a desire to deeply understand products and customer needs
• Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
